my solution to typical thursday laziness with unknown arrival time of MIA husband:
dinner on the table + no cooking or heating = WholeFoods antipasta!!
hummus, fresh tomatoes, marinated shrooms, artichoke hearts, roasted garlic, spicy sweet potatoes, roasted red peppers, shrimp kabobs, boiled eggs, and 3 cheeses (Amadeus, Drunken Goat, and Brie)
I am having cheese envy right now!
