Fat Tuesday!

I truly lived up my Fat Tuesday... on call at the big house, with grandeur plans to give up icecream and frozen yogurt (I know, original). SO to celebrate my misery I snuck into the physician's lounge around 7:35 pm and came out with these two guys. While I am all about living it up, I must admit I only ate one of these, the other for my upper level resident Erica... I went with the Snickers!!
