Jalapeno Poppers


OK - so maybe these are no longer so original... but we have loved them twice this past month! Jimmy has claimed them as his "specialty," the first of hopefully many more...! {wishful thinking}

~20 jalapenos (you can half this recipe, or freeze some if so desired)
1 package cream cheese
1 package of bacon
toothpicks

Cut the jalapenos in half, strip away the seeds and inside (unless you like it hot hot!). Wash hands - don't rub in eyes!!! Stuff each half with cream cheese. Wrap with a little strip of bacon, and pierce with toothpick. Put on a slotted grill plate with foil underneath. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes-1 hour... make sure bacon is done and crispy!
