Yay! I have my life back and have ZERO more calls at Trinity Hospital! After four long weeks, I am officially done with night float. I no longer have to meander in by myself, lonely late at night, superstitious and paranoid about how many admissions I may or may not have to do, sleeping on a cot with gross patient sheets (I did bring my own pillow and blanket), with pagers going off and code blues overhead...

Say goodbye to these stairs and running up and down! Say goodbye to the crazy overdose patients who teem in the ER at 3 am!
Now I'm on to renal rotation, a much more stable Jimmy who now has his wife back, and the ability to have a glass of wine with dinner again!!! Phew!
Yay!! Such good news! Maybe I can see you soon????
