Tomato Pie Taste-off

YUMMMY roma tomatoes + onions + our own basil + mozz + pillsbury pie crust = Tomato Pie!
I wasn't exactly sure how to make this, and don't have a pie pan, nor a deep dish pie pan, so I was forced to try a casserole dish ... ended up that I thought it may be too deep to make a crunchy tasty dish, so I grabbed another shaped dish and did a cooking comparison!

I wish I had remembered to take an 'after' picture... but we quickly devoured our pies, with little discerning about which one tasted better! A must-try!!
